Seiberling Jr., whose inscription on the picture reads, "Smith Andrews Roberts, intrepid woodsman and legendary figure of the north woods. He here demonstrates that an ordinary tape measure is too short to indicate the height of the grizzly bear which he destroyed with his bare hands."
